His career spans strategy, finance and entrepreneurship, with leadership roles at Tesco, Pentland Brands, Unilever and Morrisons, before becoming Finance Director at venture-backed start-up Shavekit, where he helped raise capital, scale the business and achieve profitability.
Over the past eight years, James has completed 30+ business acquisitions and investments, supporting companies with more than £100 million in combined revenue across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on the built environment.
